4. TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview

This website is operated by ValueUp Inc. ("Grid Proof Supply", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications provided by our manufacturing partners. Product performance depends on proper use — always read and follow included instructions. Colors and minor cosmetic details may vary slightly from photos.

Emergency Preparedness Disclaimer

Our products are designed to assist in emergency preparedness and outdoor situations. They are tools, not guarantees of safety. No product can eliminate risk in an emergency. Water filtration products must be used according to their instructions and are not a substitute for municipal water treatment or professional testing of unknown water sources. Always follow guidance from local authorities in any emergency.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, and correct pricing errors. Payment is due at time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping & Refunds

Shipping timelines and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — copy, images, graphics, and digital bonus materials — is the property of ValueUp Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Digital bonuses included with purchases are for personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueUp Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
